Processing Time

- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

- Bulk or large orders may require extra time; we’ll always let you know in advance

Delivery Time

- Most shipments arrive in 1–5 business days after dispatch

- Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other factors outside our control

Shipping Rates

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and distance from pickup location

- Free local pickup is available in Mississauga, ON by arrangement; Contact us for pickup

Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist promptly

- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
